2019 Summer in Review

I’m not sure that there are words that can describe how extraordinary my summer was this year. I really don’t think that they exist. I thank God everyday for all of the blessings he has given me. I was very lucky to be able to travel to three new places, each of them beautiful in their own way. Basking in the Blue Lagoon

What a way to start this amazing trip. After 2 flights and waiting in the airport for 6 hours our first stop was the famous Blue Lagoon Spa. The Spa is only about a 15 minute drive from the airport, so people usually stop on their way into the city or before leaving Iceland. The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa found on the Reykjanes Peninsula in southwest Iceland.
